Shipping policy

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. Gifts within our catchment area in Golders Green and surrounding areas will be delivered by hand with gift-wrapping ribbons and bows. Hampers will be delivered beautifully gift-wrapped in an open Hamper if viable. Areas, where we use a courier service, will be in closed Hampers with an outer shipping box. 

Delivery Location

We deliver to all areas throughout the UK.  We cover all locations with FREE standard delivery within 3-5 working days and £3.95 for Next Day delivery to london postcodes N2, N3, NW2, NW3, NW4, NW8, NW11, E5 and N15/N16. Any delivery that is late due to circumstances beyond our conterol, ie deliveries late due to couroier/weather, etc,, we will not be responsible for these delays.  Outside these postcodes, nationwide deliveries 3-5 days We are able to deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Should we be unable to ship your order the next working day due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you. 
Please note that all orders placed by 11.30 am on a working weekday for areas outside London, will be shipped out the next working day. and delivered the following day. 

Very rarely, our Shipping Couriers may take a day or two longer for Next Day deliveries, which is not under our control.

Where the recipient is not at the shipping address, gifts will be left in a safe place or if possible, with a neighbour, excluding alcohol drinks that  may be redelivered another day or aken to a local pick up store. 

No refund will be made due to Courier delay or for gifts left in a safe place and not received by the recipient. 

Gifts containing Cheese, Smoked Salmon, and Fruits cannot be delivered by Courier Service And Only By Hand To London Postcodes.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is based on your chosen delivery option. For next-day service, orders will be delivered the next working day if your order was placed before 11.30 am for London postcodes N2, N3, NW4, NW8, NW11, E5 and N16. . Sometimes, it will take 48 hours. Orders placed after 11.30 am, will be despatched the next working day. For deliveries outside London postcodes, 2-3 working days.

Same day deliveries may be possible for the North West of London areas. The price will be the same as next day delivery £3.95.
