ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

All orders received are subject to acceptance by Exquisite Kosher Gifts and we reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons. No contract to supply goods or services to you will come into existence unless we dispatch goods or provide services to the purchaser or otherwise communicate to the purchaser our acceptance of an order.

Alcoholic drinks

No alcoholic drinks can be sold to persons under 18 years of age. You will be required to sign on delivery. By ticking the acceptance of terms and conditions you are agreeing that you are legally able to purchase. Some wine vintages may vary according to availability.

Contents

A full list of contents is given for each gift. Photos Of Gifts Are For Illustration And As An Example. Gift packaging may be different from the photos on the website but will be similar to ribbons, gift wrap, etc. Hampers may sometimes be different subject to availability, but this is very unlikely. 
Photos shown of gifts do not necessarily contain all the same items. Please therefore see the list of products on each gift on the website. Very rarely, we may need to substitute an item with a similar product with the same if not more price value.

Delivery information and costs

Please see Delivery for full details and other destinations. Please ensure correct and accurate delivery details are provided and that your recipient will be available on the date of delivery. The gift may be left with a neighbour and/or a card will be left for the recipient if not in and a second delivery attempted or collection can be arranged as per the instruction on the courier card). If inaccurate details are provided Exquisite Kosher Gifts will not be responsible for the cost of redirection or redelivery.

Delivery cannot be made to patients in hospitals.

Force Majeure

Whilst every effort will be made to meet customers’ demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond the control of Exquisite Kosher Gifts. If attempted delivery is not made within an acceptable time, then the customer may cancel the order. We suggest that this is over seven days for UK mainland.

LAW

These terms and conditions and all acts of Exquisite Kosher Gifts, its Directors and employees shall be in the accordance of the laws of England. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

Payment Terms

We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and most debit cards. Please fill in your card number, expiry date and 3 or 4 digit security code. Maestro needs the start date. Gifts may be ordered and paid for up to three months in advance of delivery to take advantage of discounts or promotional codes.

Privacy Policy

Exquisite Kosher Gifts does not disclose buyers or recipients information to third parties, without their prior permission. We do not telephone private customers unless we need information on their order.

Reservation of Title

All goods remain the property of Exquisite Kosher Gifts until they have been paid for in full.

Security

You can be confident when you enter 'My Account' with your email address and password, that all your information in the Checkout and Payment area will be fully encrypted using the latest Secure Socket Layer security technology via Shopify which is the e-commerce platform that this website runs on.

Substitutions

Whilst we make every effort to supply items described in our detailed listings, in the event of supply difficulty, it may be necessary to substitute goods of an equal or higher value. Vintages of wines may change through the year.
